Weiterer Zuwachs in der Brambus-Familie des kreativen Jazz, diesmal mit einem Projekt, welches „Alpen-verbindend“ ist: JUST ALPIN: Drei musikalische und menschliche Kulturkreise der Alpen (Südtirol, Norditalien, Graubünden/Schweiz) haben ihre Samen gesetzt und eine Pracht an Farben erzeugt. JUST ALPIN wagt das Abenteuer. Einheitliche Sprache gibt es keine, die Musik selbst ist das Kommunikationsmittel schlechthin. So wie die Alpenregionen die Charaktere der Musiker geformt hatte, so gestaltet sich die Art der Musik. Volkstümlich anklingend, mit unüblichen Strukturen und mit modernen Klängen versetzt der Beitrag aus Chur (Schweiz), erzählend und bildhaft die Kompositionen aus Bergamo (Norditlaien) und interaktiv lebendig die Musik aus Brixen. Die Ergänzungen zu den üblicheren Instrumenten (Bass, Schlagwerk, Saxophon, Klarinette) mit Synthesizer, Vocal Art und afrikanischem Djembe bereichern den musikalischen Garten und beweisen die Lebendigkeit des Grundkonzeptes.

JUST ALPIN steht für die neue kreative Phase, die wohl aus den Wurzeln der Tradition startet, aber in einem übergeordneten musikalischen Verständnis die ganze Welt enthält. Auf der CD sind die Ideen der drei musikalischen Welten zu einer alpinen Synthese vereint. Die Autoren der Songs sind Valentin Kessler (Chur-CH), Marco Gotti (Bergamo) und Norbert Dalsass (Brixen).

Another great addition to the brambus family of creative jazz. This is a project, which unites artists within the alpes: JUST ALPIN presents three human and musical cultural orbits (Southern Tirol, Northern Italy and Graubünden/Switzerland), which have placed their seeds and create a unique pleasure of musical colours. JUST ALPIN finds its way without one language, the music is used as the real communication link. As much as their regions of the alps have formed their character, as much they have formed their music. Based on traditional forms of local music, they added unusual structures and modern sounds with the part of Chur (Switzerland), is storytelling in soundpictures by the compositions written in Bergamo (Italy) and interactive alive by the remaining music from Brixen/Bressanone (Italy). The additions to the usual instruments (bass, percussion/drums, saxophon, clarinette) are provided by synthesizer, vocal Art and african djembe and enrich the musical garden of this special plant.
JUST ALPIN stands for a new creative phase, growing out of roots of tradition, but including the superior musical understanding of the whole world. The CD unites ideas of three musical worlds in one alpine synthesis. The composers are Valentin Kessler (Chur-CH), Marco Gotti (Bergamo) and Norbert Dalsass (Brixen).
